HTTPS requests

ekey bionyx offers a lot of features, such as free configurable HTTPS requests.
The HTTPS requests are usally found in third-party APIs of smart devices like smart locks, door stations and many more. An example of a request sent by an ekey fingerprint scanner could be opening a smart lock.
The settings can easily be accessed in the ekey bionyx app.
ekey HTTPS requests are assigned to users/fingers. They can also be triggered through the ekey bionyx app.

APPMODULE

With the APPMODULE, the world of ekey can be easily connected to IoT and KNX. For example, the favorite playlist can be started when entering the house or the KNX lighting can be controlled with the ekey fingerprint scanner.

API

The ekey bionyx third-party integration API (https://api.bionyx.io) allows anyone to configure an ekey bionyx device to send requests to their API. More specifically, the API allows to add function webhooks to ekey bionyx. Function webhooks are nothing more than a definition of an HTTP request that your API accepts.

Notification API

It is an interface for notifying external systems about access actions in the ekey bionyx system, providing precise user assignment. This is based on the HTTP(S) requests that are sent directly from the controller. This means that the data is sent in the local network.
